Client Team Ambassador
ICLOPS is seeking an Ambassador for its Client Team. The Ambassador is the key contact with clients in his or her client portfolio, and is responsible for the delivery of ICLOPS products and services to customers. The Ambassador organizes internal ICLOPS resources to meet client deliverables and works with client representatives to respond to their needs. Under the leadership of the Chief Consul, Responsibilities include management of the implementation and deliverables throughout the client organization, serving as interface between client and ICLOPS business and technical teams, representing ICLOPS in client meetings, furthering the use of the ICLOPS products by the client, and organizing client education and training. Applicant should have strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Client Team Navigator
ICLOPS is seeking a Navigator for its Client Team. Under the direction of one or more Client Team Ambassador(s), the Navigator manages day-to-day functions associated with client implementations and ongoing service. This will include education and training of client users, updates to client account rosters and registries, drafting of specifications for customizations of the ICLOPS Registry, and creation of status report components. Applicant should have strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Database and Technical Support Associate
The Database and Technical Support Associate reports to the Director of Project Management, in conjunction with the technical lead. The position will also assist in resolving customer technical issues. If you are a person who wants to grow in technical expertise and take on new challenges, this is a perfect position from which you can interact with client and database staff, and cultivate organizational and information systems skills.
SQL Server DBA and Junior Developer
As part of ICLOPS top technical team and database section, contribute to the processing and management of sensitive patient data from ICLOPS' clients, from point of capture into ICLOPS products and Analytics. Work with an expert team of other database developers and architects to translate raw data into clinical performance results for clients. The SQL Server Database Administrator and Developer will facilitate the rapid development and reach of ICLOPS products in the health care technology arena. We are looking for someone who will become invested in the business of clinical performance measurement and the data used for improving patient care.
