The ICLOPS Focus Registry is the tool for participation in PQRI Reporting and other performance-based reimbursement programs. And, the Focus Registry supports all specialties and measures for CMS PQRI. One of the greatest benefits of the Focus Registry is that it captures data from your EMR, PMS, billing system or portal electronically. Building your Focus Registry with comprehensive historical practice data means that you can do more to see and manage clinical performance. 1. Data is captured electronically.
2. Physicians and staff access ICLOPS securely through the Client Login on any computer with an Internet connection.
3. The Registry shows all patients in the practice sorted by quality measures. Data that has been captured electronically to satisfy measure performance is already displayed.
4. Each patient record by group or individual measure can be reviewed and updated as needed.
5. Once data is 100% complete, the ICLOPS engine validates and scores it for your Medicare bonus.

Using Focus, you can elect to report PQRI using individual measures. Your patient data is captured and individual measures are configured in your ICLOPS Focus Registry according to your specialty and patient population.

Focus supports all measures and all specialties. Most physicians in these specialties choose to participate in ICLOPS Focus with individual measures, so that they can capture more practice performance information:
